Refund Policy

When you purchase or receive a gift through the One Dance Services, including in third-party Extensions, you have immediate access to, and use of, the Ancillary Products and Services you have purchased. Accordingly, except as detailed in these Terms of Sale, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cancellations are not permitted after purchase, and we do not offer any refunds, including, without limitation, fees for Subscription Services. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund or other consideration to some or all of our users (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are in our sole discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. One Dance reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Sale or required under the applicable law in your jurisdiction, dance items, and other digital goods are not returnable after purchase, including those purchased in third-party Extensions. If you have problems with the download or with the use of items purchased in Extensions, please contact Customer Support.
